• Fees may be deducted from your Wallet.
• We reserve the right to amend fees.
• Our fee calculations are final, barring manifest error.

You are responsible for the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to use the Platform.

• All rights in Neptun’s IP remain with us. You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to use it.
• User-generated IP may be sublicensed and used by us to provide services.
• Any IP created through your use of the Platform becomes Neptun’s property.

20. User Content

We are not responsible for user-generated content. We may remove or act against violations.

21. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including market manipulation or unauthorized commercial use.

22. Your Warranties

You confirm that you have legal authority to enter into these Terms and use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.

You agree to indemnify Neptun from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
